These Phoenix USA brand 16" dual wheel simulators fit the 1985 & newer Isuzu NPR Cabover trucks with the 16" two piece steel wheels only (see example photo). They have a mirror polished stainless steel for lasting beauty and durability. These wheel simulators feature an easy jam nut bolt on design for a very secure fit.
